Dr. Frazier also practices at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital, both based in New York City, as well as Livingston, N.J.-based St. Barnabas Hospital. He has practiced in the New York City area for more than 20 years.
He received his medical degree from Boston-based Harvard Medical School. Dr. Frazier underwent spine surgery fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital and spinal deformity fellowship training at the Doctor’s Hospital, both in Miami.
Dr. Frazier is a member of the Cervical Spine Research Society, Scoliosis Research Society and Society for Minimally Invasive Surgery, among other professional organizations.
