He treats spine conditions in patients of all ages and prefers nonsurgical approaches when possible. His medical interests include minimally invasive surgery, spinal fracture treatment and spinal fusion.
He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School in Boston and completed his residency at the University of Utah Medical School in Salt Lake City. Dr. Gaffney also has fellowship training from Minneapolis-based Twin Cities Spine Center.
