Dr. Angeles specializes in minimally invasive techniques to treat spinal conditions such as disc herniation and bulging, lumbar stenosis and degenerative spinal conditions. She is also trained in cervical disc arthroplasty and performs complex spinal decompression and stabilization.
Dr. Angeles is certified by the Oregon Medical Board and Arizona Medical Board. She is board eligible for the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
Dr. Angeles earned her medical degree at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tenn., where she earned both dual doctorate degrees in medicine and philosophy. She completed a residency in neurological surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She has also completed a spine surgery fellowship at Stanford (Calif.) University.
