Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Carlo Bellabarba of UW Medicine

Carlo Bellabarba, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at the University of Washington Medicine in Seattle.

Dr. Bellabarba is also an orthopedic, sports medicine and neurosurgery professor at UW School of Medicine in Seattle. He received his medical degree from Montreal, Canada-based McGill University Faculty of Medicine and underwent spine surgery fellowship training at Chicago-based Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

He speaks French and Italian. In his spare time, Dr. Bellabarba enjoys endurance sports.
