Dr. Kelly received his medical degree from New York City-based New York University School of Medicine and completed his neurosurgery residency and spine fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond.
He also underwent neurosurgical oncology fellowship training at the City of Hope National Medical Center in Los Angeles, and Dr. Kelly is the only neurosurgeon in East Idaho with specialized training in central nervous system tumors.
Dr. Kelly performs complex spinal reconstruction and minimally invasive surgery. He specializes in brain and spinal tumors. In his spare time, Dr. Kelly enjoys being outdoors.
