His career began after he earned his medical degree from Columbus-based the Ohio State University. He stayed at the university completing his internship, residency and fellowship at the university hospital.
Dr. Mullins was certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
He is a member of several professional societies and serves as a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
