Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Bradford Currier of Mayo Clinic

Bradford L. Currier, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. He also serves as an orthopedic professor at Mayo Clinic.

Dr. Currier’s research focuses on tissue engineering for clinical complications involving the spine. He is also interested in metastatic and primary tumors of the spine.

 

Spine, The Spine Journal and Journal of Clinical Neuroscience have published his work, among others.

 

After earning his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Currier completed a general surgery internship and his orthopedic surgery residency at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine. He then completed his spine surgery fellowship at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami School of Medicine.
