Dr. MacLennan treats cervical, thoracic and lumbar adult degenerative spine conditions.
He specializes in discectomy and performs MIS spine in addition to total disc replacement and performs many procedures in an outpatient setting.
Board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, Dr. MacLennan maintains memberships with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the North American Spine Society
Dr. MacLennan graduated from University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City before completing an orthopedic surgery internship and an orthopedic surgery residency at Grand Rapids (Mich.) Medical Education Partners. He then underwent fellowship training in orthopedic spine surgery at Seattle-based Orthopaedics International.
