Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Archie Perry of Desert Orthopaedic Center

Archie Perry, MD, is a spine surgeon at Las Vegas-based Desert Orthopaedic Center.

A Nevada native, he received his medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, according to Desert Orthopaedic’s website. He did his residency at Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic and was named top resident in his class.

Dr. Perry is board-certified with specialty training in adult and pediatric spinal surgery, according to Desert Orthopaedic Center.  His training includes comprehensive care for degenerative spine conditions and spinal deformities.

Outside Desert Orthopaedic Center, he’s a clinical instructor at the University of Nevada School of Medicine and the Touro University School of Medicine, the practice’s website said.
