Spine Surgeon Leader to Know: Dr. Andrew Cash of Desert Institute of Spine Care

Andrew Cash, MD, is the director of the Desert Institute of Spine Care in Las Vegas. He has previously served as director of spine surgery at Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society and Clark County Medical Society.

Dr. Cash focuses on sciatica, arm and leg pain, disc bulges, spine arthritis and arm and leg numbness and tingling. His clinical interests also include degenerative spine, motor vehicle accidents, spinal deformity and sports injuries.

Dr. Cash earned his medical degree the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Atlanta Medical Center. He has also completed a spine fellowship at the Los Angeles Spine Surgery Institute at St. Vincent Medical Center.
