Allen Kent Sills Jr., MD, serves as a neurosurgery professor, director of neurosurgery community practice and co-director of Vanderbilt Sports Concussion Center in Nashville, Tenn.

After earning his medical degree from Baltimore-based Johns Hopkins University, he completed his internship, residency and fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health System.
