Nameer R. Haider, MD, is the director of interventional pain management at the Minimally Invasive Pain Institute in Washington, D.C. He is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain medicine.

Dr. Nameer Haider of Minimally Invasive Pain InstituteDr. Haider treats spinal and skeletal pain, including minimally invasive treatments and spinal and peripheral neurostimulator implantation and discography. He is a regular lecturer at international medical conferences, and his research has appeared in several medical journals.

He is a past president of the New York State Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is also a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, International Spine Intervention Society, North American Spine Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and more.

Dr. Haider graduated from King Edward Medical University in Pakistan and completed an internship at East Carolina University Medical Center in Greenville, N.C. He completed a residency at Long Island Jewish – North Shore University Medical System of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.
