Dr. Kelly specializes in spinal disease and general spinal surgery.
His career began after he earned his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond before he completed a fellowship at the City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte, Calif.
Dr. Kelly has admitting privileges with the Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Kelly is an avid researcher and has been published in peer-reviewed publications.
