Spine surgeon leader to know: Dr. Robert Decker of UF Health

Robert Decker, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon at University of Florida Health in Gainesville.

Dr. Decker serves as the associate orthopedic residency director at UF College of Medicine in Gainesville. He received his medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine of Mount Sinai in New York City and underwent orthopedic spine surgery fellowship training at UC San Diego School of Medicine in La Jolla, Calif.

He also practices at UF Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in Gainesville, ORTHOcare in Gainesville and UF Health Villages Orthopaedics in Summerville, Fla. His research has been published in several journals and book chapters.
