Stephen Johnson, MD, is a board-certified neurosurgeon at South Weymouth, Mass.-based South Shore NeuroSpine.
Dr. Johnson's clinical interests include minimally invasive and complex spine surgery and image-guided brain surgery. He received his medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
Dr. Johnson is an affiliate surgeon at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School, both in Boston. He served as a captain in the U.S. Naval Reserve. Dr. Johnson is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and Congress of Neurological Surgeons, among other professional organizations.
