Mr. Terrill replaces Amit Mehta, MD, who is assuming the role of chairman of the board.
Most recently, he served as CEO of ARC Devices, a digital health medical technology company.
Mr. Terrill will be responsible for leading the company from the product development stage to commercialization and revenue generation.
