ZimVie stock jumps amid takeover rumors

ZimVie, Zimmer Biomet’s spine and dental spinoff comapny, saw a rise in its stock amid reports of takeover interest, Seeking Alpha reported July 17.

The company’s stock rose 11 percent, the report said. According to Seeking Alpha, the company is working with an unknown bank in response to inbound takeover interest.

ZimVie has a market cap of $287 million. The company plans to report it second quarter financial results in early August.
