ZimVie sees $30.3M net loss in Q4: 5 notes

ZimVie on March 1 posted its fourth quarter and 2022 financial results.

Five things to know:

1. Third party net sales in the fourth quarter were $228.2 million, a decrease of 12.4 percent year-over-year.

2. Spine sales of $112.3 million was a 16.9 percent decrease year-over-year. Dental sales were $115.8 million, a 7.6 percent decrease year-over-year.

3. Full year sales for 2022 were $909.5 million, a decrease of 9.8 percent compared to 2021. 

4. ZimVie saw a fourth quarter net loss of $30.3 million. In 2022, the company’s net loss was $63.9 million.

5. The company projects to see 2023 net sales of $825 million to $850 million.
