Zimmer Biomet receives $380M+ supply order from US defense department: 3 key notes

Zimmer Biomet has received a $380.98 million order from the U.S. Department of Defense’s Defense Logistics Agency.

1. The five-year order includes providing Zimmer Biomet orthopedic supplies to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.

 

2. The contract is a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods.

 

3. The contract is slated to be completed on April 25, 2021.
