Zimmer Biomet partners with spine-specific outpatient center: 3 insights

Zimmer Biomet and Beaverton, Ore.-based Oregon Surgical Institute teamed up to implement the Zimmer Biomet Signature Solutions Outpatient Program at the outpatient center.

Here are three insights.

1. As a result of implementing Zimmer Biomet’s Signature Solutions Outpatient Program, the Oregon Surgical Institute will install the company’s Consulting Services, a suite of technologies to improve bottom lines and quality of care, and HealthLoop, a platform to engage with patients at home.

2. Zimmer Biomet designed the program to help patients with their recovery. Additionally, the program is design to save costs and improve outpatient center efficiencies.

3. The Oregon Surgical Institute was formed through a joint venture between Westchester, Ill-based Regent Surgical Health and West End Surgical. The surgery center focuses on spine disorders and total joint replacement.
