Worldwide orthopedic product sales are expected to exceed $54 billion by 2018, according to a new market intelligence report released by ORTHOWORLD.

Orthopedic device and product sales exceeded $44.6 billion in 2013, an increase of $1.4 billion over 2012. DePuy Synthes, Stryker, Zimmer, Medtronic, Smith & Nephew and Biomet are some of the major players in the market, according to the report.
