What 5 Stryker execs were paid since 2020

Stryker CEO Kevin Lobo’s total compensation grew to about $18.6 million in 2022, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

The devicemaker’s March 28 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2020 to 2022. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation, and other pay.

Here’s what each executive made during that time:

2022: $18.6 million

2021: $16.4 million

2020: $13.3 million

 

Glenn Boehnlein, vice president and CFO

2022: $5.9 million

2021: $6 million

2020: $4.3 million

 

J. Andrew Pierce, group president of neurotechnology

2022: $5.7 million

2021: $5.3 million

 

Spencer Stiles, group president of orthopedics and spine

2022: $5.7 million

2021: $5.2 million

 

Viju Menon, group president of global quality and operations

2022: $3.7 million

2021: $4.3 million

2020: $3 million
