Stryker CEO Kevin Lobo’s total compensation grew from $20.8 million in 2023 to just under $22 million in 2024, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.

The devicemaker’s March 25 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2022 to 2024. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation, and other pay.
