Stryker CEO Kevin Lobo’s total compensation was $21.4 million in 2025, according to a recent Securities and Exchange Commission proxy filing.
The devicemaker’s March 23 filing revealed the compensation packages for five executives from 2023 to 2025. Compensation packages include salary, stock and option awards, non-equity incentive plan compensation, and other pay.
