Austin, Texas-based Wenzel Spine has launched its newest spine implant, the VariLift-C Stand-Alone Zero-Profile Expandable Cervical Interbody Fusion Device, three months after receiving FDA market clearance.

Wenzel Spine launches cervical interbody fusion deviceThe VariLift-C is designed to simplify ACDF procedures by expanding without the need for anterior plating, according to the release. It’s indicated to be implanted through an anterior approach without the need for supplemental fixation.
