VirtaMed unveils hip arthroscopy simulator: 4 things to know

VirtaMed introduced the ArthroS Hip module, a hip arthroscopy simulator, at the EFORT Congress in Geneva, Switzerland, from June 1 to June 3.

Here are four things to know:

 

1. The simulator features various diagnostic and therapeutic cases; however its main focus is access training.

 

2. The simulator includes an anatomic model that is designed to look, feel and behave like a real hip.

 

3. The simulator also features original tools and a fully customizable course structure.

 

4. The new hip module will be a part of the VirtaMed ArthroS family, which includes previous modules focused on the knee and shoulder.
