Ulrich Medical’s Cortium spinal fixation system launches

Ulrich Medical USA’s Cortium universal OCT spinal fixation system is now available in a full market launch, the medtech company said Aug. 7.

Cortium is a posterior system designed for surgical stabilization and fixation of the occipital, cervical and thoracic spine. It can be used as a standalone device or with the company’s Momentum posterior thoracolumbar system.

The system offers lateral mass, pedicle, smooth shank, and thoracic screws, high angulation tulips, a variety of rods, connectors and low-profile instrumentation.
