SurGenTec launched the Insite sterile implant and instrument kit for sacroiliac joint fusion, the company said July 15.
The Insite kit includes a set of single-use instruments with a 3D-printed titanium implant, according to a news release. The sterile set eliminates the need for traditional sterilization and helps streamline workflows.
The Insite implant is made with the company’s proprietary nano-surface technology to encourage bone-on-implant growth and lasting biologic fixation.
SurGenTec plans to make its entire SI joint fusion portfolio available in sterile kit formats by the end of 2025.
