1. The Kalamazoo, Mich.-based company has a workforce of more than 12,000 employees. Stryker added 304 jobs in the last year.

 

2. Employee perks offered by the company include the option of telecommuting, compressed work weeks and college tuition reimbursement.

 

3. For the last six years, Stryker has been named to Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list.

 

4. Last year, the company was ranked No. 19.
