Stryker features 4 new innovations for the future

Stryker’s spine division will feature the expanding suite of spine procedures that includes 10 new products launched during the first half of this year at the upcoming North American Spine Society Annual Meeting.

The new instrumentation includes:

 

1. Less Invasive Technologies platform additions:

 

•    Decompression system
•    Anterior retractors
•    Midline retractors
•    Plate system for anterior and lateral surgery

 

2. Aero-LL, a lateral lumbar interbody and fixation system used with autogeneous bone graft for degenerative disc disease.

 

3. Tempus, an anterior cervical plating system with a secondary locking mechanism.

 

4. Biologics portfolio updates include:

 

•    BIO, the next generation viable bone matrix
•    BIO demineralized bone matrix in Putty and Plus
•    BIO AVSAL for anterior lumbar interbody fusion surgery
•    BIOExpand demineralized cancellous sponge
