Stryker completes Inari Medical acquisition

Stryker completed its acquisition of Inari Medical, the devicemaker said Feb. 19.

The companies entered into a definitive agreement for the $4.9 billion acquisition in January. The deal will support Stryker’s neurovascular business.

Inari was founded in 2011 and makes products for VTE clot removal without thrombolytic drugs.
