3. Currently, there are 5,916 millennial employees, which is 44 percent of the total Stryker workforce.
4. In an employee survey, 98 percent of Stryker employees said they have great pride working for the organization, 97 percent said Stryker had a positive atmosphere and 95 percent are given the responsibility they want.
