St. Mary’s Healthcare in New York Purchases Renaissance Spine System

St. Mary’s Healthcare in Amsterdam, N.Y., purchased its first Renaissance spine system from Mazor Robotics.

St. Mary’s is a member of Ascension Health, the nation’s largest Catholic, nonprofit health system with 105,000 associates in 20 states and the District of Columbia. It is the first hospital in the northeast to bring patients access to the Renaissance system.

The Renaissance system allows surgeons to perform accurate, guided procedures. More than 35,000 implants worldwide have been placed with the robotic system.
