1. UP Health System, UP Rehab Services, and Advanced Center for Orthopedic and Plastic Surgery are partnering to build a state-of-the-art sports medicine complex for residents of Michigan’s upper peninsula.

The organizations are leasing space within a 25,000-square-foot facility.

2. The complex will specialize in orthopedics, rehabilitation, exercise science and athletic training.

3. The healthcare organizations are in talks with Northern Michigan University to have a presence at the clinic.
