Four things to know:
1. SpineSource acquired assets from Kisco International including L-Varlock Expandable Lumbar Cage, as well as other unique devices the company plans to submit to the FDA later this year.
2. The L-Varlock is designed for an interbody fusion device that can expand from any range of zero to 24.5 degrees of angle as well as zero to 7.1 mm of expansion in the disc space.
3. SpineSource has marketed, sold and distributed the L-Varlock Expandable Lumbar Cage in the U.S. since 2016.
4. SpineSource introduced expandable devices to the U.S. spinal implant market.
