Spineart, with locations in Geneva, Switzerland, and Laguna Hills, Calif., has served as a distributor for Meditech Spine’s products since 2019.
Eric Flickinger, cofounder and CEO of Meditech Spine, will join the Spineart team in the U.S.
Spineart’s portfolio comprises spinal fixation systems, 3D-printed cages, artificial discs and biologics, while Meditech Spine develops cervical plates, thoracolumbar fixation devices and hydroxyapatite PEEK products.
The deal is expected to close in late July.
