Spinal Simplicity launches Minuteman device: 5 key notes

Spinal Simplicity’s Minuteman device is available for sale in the United States, according to a Kansas City Business Journal.

Here are five key notes:

 

1. The device received FDA approval in January.

 

2. The device is designed to alleviate pain from pinched nerves in the spinal column. It is intended for treatment of degenerative disc disease.

 

3. It is available in five sizes, ranging from 8 millimeters to 16 millimeters.

 

4. The device has also been approved in Israel, Italy, Germany and Switzerland and is in active clinical trials in the United Kingdom.

 

5. Spinal Simplicity is dedicated to creating minimally invasive products and designing lateral MIS fusion devices.
