Sonoma Orthopedic Products Hires 3 New Executives

Sonoma Orthopedic Products, a medical device company focused on minimally invasive solutions for fracture care, has hired three new executives.

Virginia Good, PhD, is the new director of clinical affairs and she will be responsible for orchestrating clinical studies and publication efforts on the company’s intramedullary implants. She has more than 16 years of experience in orthopedics and clinical studies, and has authored more than 50 medical device publications.

Alex Winber is the new vice president of marketing, where he will be responsible for communicating the benefits of Sonoma Orthopedic products and creating patient education programs for surgeons. He has 16 years of experience in the device industry with Wright Medical Technology.

Kyle Lappin will be the director of research and development, where he will lead new product development activities for future implants and procedures. He will also optimize existing product offerings based on his experience as a highly regarded orthopedic design engineer. He has amassed more than 20 patents and patent applications during his time with Wright Medical Technology, Biomet and DePuy.
