The move combines Centinel Spine’s STALIF platform with Silony’s Verticale posterior screw and rod fusion platform and its Roccia and Favo interbody fusion systems, according to a news release.

The deal was announced in September. Centinel Spien is offloading the fusion segment to focus on total disc replacement.
