SI-BONE appoints Laura Francis CFO — 5 things to know

SI-BONE named Laura Francis chief financial officer.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. Ms. Francis’ new position is effective immediately.

 

2. She has experience in executive management in both private and public companies. She previously served as CFO for Auxogyn.

 

3. Ms. Francis also served as CFO and treasurer for Promega, where she led several acquisitions of businesses in Asia Pacific countries.

 

4. She has an MBA from Stanford University and earned her CPA in California.

 

5. The news of Ms. Francis’ appointment comes at the same time the company completed a $21 million round of capital growth financing.

 

“I could not be more excited to welcome Laura to the SI-BONE team,” said President and CEO Jeffrey Dunn. “She has extensive corporate finance experience in both large and small, public and private, companies. This, coupled with her experience with acquisition transactions in global markets and managing a successful public offering, will help us achieve our growth goals in the coming years.”
