SeaSpine’s 100th spine navigation system installed

SeaSpine’s 7D Flash navigation system for spine surgery has reached its 100th installation, the devicemaker said Dec. 27.

Inova Fairfax Hospital in Annandale, Va. purchased the 100th system, according to a news release. Parkview Orthopedic Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind. also purchased Flash navigation recently.

The Flash navigation system uses visible light for imaging and reduces radiation exposure. It debuted in September 2021.
