Three insights:
1. Under the partnership agreement, SeaSpine will have exclusive rights to sell the Jazz line under its own brand name across the U.S.
2. Implanet will continue to market the Jazz portfolio to existing U.S. customers.
3. The agreement has an initial term of six years and includes contractual annual minimum payments. It will also give SeaSpine exclusive access to co-developed products using Implanet’s Jazz technology.
“Establishing ourselves in the U.S. market has been our core strategy since 2016. SeaSpine’s sales and marketing team in the [U.S.] will accelerate our expansion in the world’s largest market,” said Implanet CEO Ludovic Lastennet.
