Safe Orthopaedics’ SteriSpineCC range used in 1st surgeries: 5 things to know

The first surgeries using Safe Orthopaedics’ new SteriSpineCC range have been successfully completed.

Here are five things to know:

 

1. The SteriSpineCC range was used for cervical vertebrae surgeries.

 

2. Surgeons in France and Switzerland performed the first four surgeries with the range.

 

3. The SteriSpineCC kit features sterile instrumentation pre-mounted on the implant.

 

4. The range was initially indicated for lumbar and trauma surgery and has now been extended to cervical surgeries.

 

5. Safe Orthopaedics will launch the SteriSpineCC range in the third quarter of 2016.
