LCI Medical is a device company with production lines in France and Tunisia, and serves as a supplier to Safe Orthopaedics.

The company reported a turnover of $2.81 million dollars in 2019, with Safe Orthopaedics covering more than 30 percent of LCI Medical’s turnover.

The acquisition will allow Safe Orthopaedics to incorporate the entire production value chain — conception, technology, production, distribution and hospital services — into its operations and open the door for new growth opportunities and partnerships in the orthopedic field.
