Here are five details:
1. The company saw revenues jump four percent year-over-year, topping $69.1 million.
2. During the third quarter, RTI Surgical sold its cardiovascular business for $54 million.
3. RTI Surgical reported $2.9 million in net income, or $0.04 per fully diluted common share. Net income applicable to common shares was $16.5 million, or $0.23 per fully diluted common share in 2017.
4. Adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization was $9.1 million, or 13 percent of revenues, compared to $8.1 million in 2017.
5. RTI Surgical expects full-year revenue to be approximately $280 million.
