A former Stryker employee claims she was fired from the medical device company after she reported a sales manager had sexually harassed a fellow coworker.
Stryker claimed the former employee was fired because she took compromising photos of an intoxicated vendor at a retreat.
A three-judge panel in the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Stryker’s claim was undermined due to the company offering conflicting testimony during different stages of the case.
