Philadelphia company invests in hip replacement surgical devices company

Parvizi Surgical Innovation acquired a minority share of hip replacement surgical device company Navbit Holdings.

Navbit developed the Navbit Sprint, a disposable, single-use surgical navigation system that assists with positioning acetabular cups during hip replacement surgery. The system helps lower the risk of hip dislocation.

Navbit will use PSI’s investment and other investments to support the patent and regulatory submission processes.
