Mr. Plishtin comes to the company from Sagebrook Partners, a firm he co-founded, which provides merger and acquisitions, business development and strategic advisory services.
Mr. DeCarmine joined Oxford Performance Materials in 2003 and has held a number of senior positions, including director of application development and technical director.
