Osseus cofounder, CFO Rob Pace appointed CEO

Rob Pace, cofounder and CFO of Osseus Fusion Systems, was appointed CEO Jan. 27.

In 2012, Mr. Pace cofounded Osseus, which develops devices for minimally invasive spine surgery.

Osseus’ portfolio includes the Blue Topaz CompresSIve Sacroiliac Screw System, the Aries interbody fusion devices and the White Pearl Preferred Angle ACP, a cervical spine fixation system.

In his new role, Mr. Pace aims to expand Osseus’ product portfolio and implement new strategic growth options and profitability goals.

He will also be responsible for ensuring the company’s adherence to legal compliance and International Organization for Standardization quality standards.
