OrthoPediatrics launches new PediLoc Femur Plate System: 3 details

OrthoPediatrics released its Pediloc Femur Plate System, the newest installment of the pediatric orthopedic device company’s Pediloc franchise.

Here are three details:

1. Designed to simplify screw hole drilling and screw replacement, the PediLoc Femur Plate System features new locking drill guides and a lower profile screw to minimize soft tissue irritation.

2. The new system also offers a 4.5 millimeter straight locking compression plate option, which is composed of stainless steel and designed to eliminate the need for intraoperative bending and contouring.

3. Aimed at increasing hospital and operating room synergy, the Pediloc system is configured for use with OrthoPediatric’s existing core systems.
